About the Data & Analytics Consultant Role

Join Avaap's Data & Analytics team as a Data & Analytics Consultant. In this role, you will leverage coding, programming, and complex data analysis to enable business processes by linking systems, engineering data, and building reports.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Utilize SQL and Python to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Perform complex data analysis and create data visualizations.
  • Employ ETL/ELT and analytics tools like Alteryx, Data Factory, dbt, and more.
  • Apply modern data lake/warehouse platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Familiarity with modern data management and analytics best practices.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $90,000 to $120,000 with an additional 15% variable compensation. Benefits include Open PTO, competitive vision, dental, and medical (including fertility coverage), Teladoc Mental Health services, paid parental leave, 401(k) match, company-paid disability and life benefits, Employee Assistance Program, and tech & fitness stipends. Note: This role is designed for full-time US employees and work can be remote or at one of Avaap’s physical office locations.
