About the role
Product Manager Agentic AI
Avaamo is seeking a strategic and tactical Product Manager to drive our Agentic AI product strategy from conception to implementation. You will serve as the product expert, collaborating with customers, designers, UX, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, and business stakeholders globally. This role requires a strong enterprise background and a passion for making an industry-wide impact.Responsibilities
- Define and drive Avaamo's product strategy based on the Agentic AI landscape, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
- Lead product definition, requirements analysis, documentation of requirements, and product positioning.
- Work closely with leadership, development, and design teams to develop and maintain the product.
- Validate product direction by interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Produce product collateral and messaging, and partner with sales and marketing to accelerate go-to-market.
- Constantly evangelize the Agentic AI vision, plans, and product decisions to ensure alignment and context for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; a Master's is preferred.
- 5+ years of product experience in enterprise software.
- At least 2 years of evangelizing to the global 1000 customers.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buyer needs and solid understanding of conversational AI protocols, machine learning, and data science.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles (journey mapping, persona identification, pain statements, user experience).
- Good grasp of business applications, their APIs, middleware, and integration.
- Background in machine learning and data mining, with a broad understanding of unsupervised and supervised learning methods, is a plus.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, positive, and flexible attitude.
- Proven experience with the full lifecycle of product releases (planning, gathering requirements, prioritization, development, sales training).
- Amazing communication skills to effectively evangelize the product and technology.
