Your New Team:

Do you want to make a real impact with data and simultaneously understand how Customer Management processes are digitized and automated? Then you've come to the right place. As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Data Analytics, you will support the optimization and further development of our Customer Management processes. With your analyses, you will provide the basis for data-driven decisions and work on initiatives related to digitalization and automation. Our goal is to sustainably improve customer relationships through the intelligent use of data and technology.

What Awaits You:

• Data-Driven Process Analyses: You will analyze our Customer Management processes using modern analytics tools and identify specific optimization potentials.
• Development of Reports: You will improve and expand interactive dashboards and reports with BI tools (we use Tableau) so that management and teams can make informed decisions.
• Process Optimization and Automation: You will support the development of business views in our databases, analyze customer behavior specifically, and improve existing process scripts to make automation more robust and efficient.
• Ad-Hoc Analyses and Problem Solving: You will create data-based evaluations, identify patterns, and develop solution-oriented approaches for current challenges.
• Flexible Working: After on-site onboarding, you can largely work remotely. Once a month, we meet in our modern office in Düsseldorf.

What You Bring:

• Professional Background: You are studying Mathematics, Economics, or Natural Sciences with a focus on Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science, or you have sound technical knowledge, especially in databases.
• Technical Know-How: You have initial experience in SAS, SQL, or Python. Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
• Analytical Strength: You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner with a high degree of quality awareness.
• Interest in FinTech: You are interested in developments in financial technology and want to understand how data improves credit and customer processes.
• Language: You have very good German skills and communicate confidently in English.
• Commitment: Ideally, you want to accompany us as a Working Student (m/f/d) for at least one year and gain valuable practical experience.
