Role Overview - Senior Product Designer
The Product Design team at AutoScout24 ensures that the right products deliver delight to customers by setting best practices, establishing processes, and driving an end-to-end product rollout aligned with business metrics. This role will be within the B2B team, collaborating closely in a hybrid work format from our Munich or Berlin offices.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the user experience from conception to launch with cross-functional teams.
- Own the end-to-end product design experience and strategy formulation.
- Translate research insights into innovative design concepts.
- Facilitate strategic conversation and ensure progress against goals.
- Represent design across forums with product and engineering teams.
- Continuously strive for UI excellence and process improvements.
- Contribute actively to the growth of the design community.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Designer in a software development environment.
- Strong UX design skills with an impressive portfolio.
- Experience mentoring designers and excellent communication skills.
- A critical eye for high-craft design and a drive to challenge the status quo.
- Proficiency in using data for identifying problems and solutions.
- Proven track record in developing product goals and decision-making based on impact.
