About the Role

The Product Design team at AutoScout24 ensures that we create the right products to delight customers. As a Principal Product Designer in our B2B team, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment in our Munich or Berlin offices on a hybrid work format (office twice a week). You will partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers to oversee the entire user experience from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design from concept to launch
• Take end-to-end responsibility for design experience
• Translate analysis and research insights into innovative ideas
• Facilitate strategic conversations and drive progress
• Represent design in cross-functional forums
• Mentor less experienced designers

What You Bring

• +7 years of in-house Product Design experience
• Strong UX design skills showcased in your portfolio
• Mentorship and strong communication skills
• Critical eye for high-craft design and UI excellence
• Data-driven approach to problem identification and solution
• Experience with strategic product decision making
