Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. is seeking an IT Process Management - Engineering Process professional to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will report directly to the Head of Product & Industrial Processes, IT Services & Technologies.

Your role will involve supporting the R&D Department and Model Lines in process optimization and the evolution of Product Development applications. You will act as a business enabler, proposing high-value solutions and fostering change and innovation. A key responsibility will be defining the strategy for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) redesign, considering Group initiatives, and coordinating adoption activities.

Main Activities:

• Demand Management: Build relationships with business partners, assist in collecting and prioritizing business needs, and translate business requirements into IT requirements. Ensure proper involvement of business process owners and key users.
• Portfolio Management: Define a consistent project portfolio for your area, balancing business priorities with available resources and budget. Manage process change requests through prioritization and planning.
• Project Management: Organize and implement projects from business requirement collection to solution deployment within the IT perimeter. Manage interactions with business stakeholders and external consultants, monitoring progress, time, and costs.
• Business & Process Analysis: Collaborate on high-level solution design to ensure alignment between delivered solutions and original business requirements. Perform trade-off analyses between requirement coverage and implementation costs. Document business processes and related IT solutions.
• Service Management: Coordinate end-user support for daily operations concerning your service area, including service definition, transition, startup, monitoring, and cost control.
• Promote and Coordinate Innovation Activities: Engage in technology scouting, stay connected with external trends, and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Performance and KPI Monitoring: Update existing performance indicators and identify new KPIs to measure and enhance the effectiveness of digital initiatives.

About You:

• University Degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Management Engineering, Computer Science).
• 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive or similar industries.
• Fluent English. Italian and German are considered a plus.
• Knowledge of product development processes in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of design & test management processes.
• Good working knowledge of PLM applications (Windchill).
• Good working knowledge of CAD data management (CAD-PLM integration).
• Experience in process analysis and design.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of general IT Processes, SW lifecycle management, and SW release management.
• Familiarity with ITIL Framework & Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Systems Engineering approach.
• Knowledge of Vehicle E/E architecture and SW development.
• Process-oriented thinking.
