Overview
WordPress VIP is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. At Automattic, we help the world's largest companies create innovative digital experiences using WordPress. The Solutions Engineer - WordPress VIP role is key to providing technical leadership to our Enterprise sales team, building scalable processes and systems to support our sales programs.
Responsibilities
- Partner proactively with Sales and Customer Success to qualify technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve customer issues through effective project management.
- Build proofs of concept and lead the demo process.
- Contribute to the RFP/RFI process by assisting Account Executives.
- Recommend integration strategies and enterprise architectures on our Cloud.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or related role.
- Understanding of enterprise business models and technical solutions.
- Experience with WordPress, PHP, or related consulting experience.
- Proven track record in building proofs of concept and demo presentations.
- Strong communication skills across multiple mediums.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated salary range is $150,000 to $200,000 USD plus variable compensation. Automattic is fully remote with an open vacation policy and a comprehensive benefits package available by country.
