Our Opportunity

Automation Anywhere, the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA), is seeking an experienced Field Events Consultant to join our North America Field and Partner Marketing team on a contract basis. This is a 4-5 month contract to assist with planned key marketing events. This is a high-impact opportunity to help fuel pipeline growth for a category-defining company transforming how enterprises operate with AI-powered digital agents. In this role, you will partner closely with regional sales leaders and collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, alliances, and corporate teams to design and execute strategic field events that drive measurable revenue impact. We’re looking for a dynamic, results-oriented event marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to create engaging experiences that generate high-quality pipeline and accelerate deals. Who You’ll Report To

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Field & Partner Marketing.

Location

Remote role located within any U.S time zone.

You Will Make An Impact By Being Responsible For

  • Executing the existing regional marketing plan to support pipeline needs for NAMER sales
  • Maintaining a clear understanding of the local sales motion and market dynamics to ensure current activities stay aligned with sales and marketing targets
  • Managing and updating the regional marketing calendar and coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Partnering with Business Operations on account matching and selection for targeted pre‑event outreach
  • Work with Business Operations and Marketing Operations to manage accurate post‑event lead load and routing
  • Ensuring timely and effective customer and sales communications, including pre‑event visibility and post‑event nurturing content, CTAs, and sales follow‑up guidance
  • Tracking and report on regional marketing activities, including pipeline generation and influence
  • Collecting and relay feedback from sales leadership to ensure continued alignment between regional execution and corporate marketing priorities
  • Keeping regional sales teams informed of current marketing initiatives

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a technical field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing or event management roles
  • Previous experience of working within a cloud, SaaS or B2B software industry is desirable

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $50.00 - 60.00. The hourly rate offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
