Role Summary

Automatii AI is building lightweight automation and workflow systems for clinics in India. We help clinics reduce front-desk chaos, patient follow-up gaps, appointment coordination issues, and communication leakage using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, WhatsApp APIs, CRMs, Google Sheets, Airtable, and AI APIs. We are looking for contract-based AI automation builders who can design and build practical clinic workflow automations. This is not a generic automation role. You will work on real healthcare operations problems such as patient enquiry capture, WhatsApp follow-ups, appointment reminders, review collection, patient reactivation, front-desk workflows, and clinic communication systems. Success in this role means building workflows that are simple, reliable, easy for clinic teams to use, and useful in real clinic operations. This role fits into Automatii AI’s delivery network. Automatii AI will handle client strategy, workflow planning, quality control, and client communication. You will support execution by building clean, functional, and scalable automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build clinic workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRMs, WhatsApp APIs, and AI APIs.
• Create automation flows for patient enquiry capture, appointment booking, WhatsApp follow-ups, review collection, reminders, and patient reactivation.
• Convert clinic workflow requirements into clear, working automation systems.
• Build simple dashboards or trackers for front-desk teams to monitor patient status, follow-ups, and pending actions.
• Integrate tools such as forms, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, calendars, CRM tools, and AI APIs.
• Test workflows carefully before delivery to reduce errors, missed triggers, and broken automations.
• Record short Loom walkthroughs explaining how workflows work.
• Document workflows clearly so clinic staff and internal team members can understand them.
• Suggest practical improvements when a workflow can be made simpler, more reliable, or easier to use.
• Maintain confidentiality and avoid using real patient data in demos or sample projects.

Qualifications

• Experience building automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow automation tools.
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, triggers, actions, conditional logic, and basic data flows.
• Ability to work with tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, CRMs, forms, calendars, and WhatsApp API platforms.
• Understanding of AI APIs or willingness to work with AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical workflows in simple language.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on a project/contract basis.
• Prior experience with healthcare, clinics, appointment systems, lead management, CRM workflows, or WhatsApp automation is a strong plus.
• No specific degree required. Practical building ability matters more than formal education.
