Position Overview
At Autodesk, Senior UX Designer leads creative design solutions to deliver impactful, data-driven user experiences. Designers think across the system, champion user-centered ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design workflows, interactions, and interfaces with varying fidelity.
- Utilize customer insights from analytics and interviews for design decisions.
- Plan and facilitate stakeholder and customer interviews, and co-creation workshops.
- Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, UX research, machine learning, and customer support teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 5 years of professional UX design experience.
- Expertise in designing AI powered systems using Figma.
- Experience designing Salesforce applications and enterprise workflows.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and human-centered design.
- Ability to distill complex data and present designs to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certification in interaction design or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel environments.
- Familiarity with Agile design methods and conversational design.
- Experience with Autodesk or comparable competitive products.

Salary Transparency
For Canada-BC based roles, the starting base salary is between $86,300 and $126,500, with potential for bonuses, stock grants and comprehensive benefits.
