Job Description

Overview of the Role

Autodesk is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Trust Program Manager to join its AECO Trust organization within Autodesk AEC Solutions. This crucial role involves close partnership with Trust leadership and senior stakeholders across engineering, security, reliability, and operations to enable and operationalize Trust initiatives at scale.

As a Senior Technical Trust Program Manager, you will act as a pseudo chief of staff for the AECO Trust organization. Your responsibilities will include driving coordination, enhancing visibility, defining metrics, and ensuring effective execution across multiple Trust programs. While you won't be a subject-matter expert in every domain, your ability to facilitate and orchestrate will be key.

This is an execution-heavy and impact-driven role, primarily focused on improving transparency, strengthening operational rigor, and increasing executive confidence in Trust outcomes. Success requires exceptional judgment, strong organizational and communication skills, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to build durable relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
