Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager Web Analytics at Autodesk leads strategy, roadmap, and execution of analytics capabilities across digital properties. This role ensures teams have insights to understand user behavior, optimize customer journeys, and drive business growth by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, data science, design, marketing, and legal/privacy teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for web analytics.
  • Partner with data, engineering, and marketing teams for analytics tool implementation (e.g., PowerBI, Adobe Analytics).
  • Translate business needs into clear metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
  • Drive initiatives for event tracking, tagging, data governance, and taxonomy standardization.
  • Collaborate with Privacy, Risk, and Legal to ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, GPC, etc.).
  • Champion data quality, accuracy, and reliability across digital properties.
  • Support A/B testing, targeting, segmentation by ensuring robust data flows.
  • Provide insights through content performance analysis to optimize content strategy.
  • Advise on marketing pixels, Segment.io, customer journey data, and web analytics integrations.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years focused on analytics or data measurement platforms.
  • Strong expertise in web analytics tools and implementation strategies.
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, metrics, and event frameworks that drive business impact.
  • Experience collaborating with Privacy, Risk, and Legal teams for data compliance.
  • Familiarity with privacy frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and cookie consent management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital experience platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL or ability to collaborate with data analysts.
