Position Overview
At Autodesk, we empower innovators to make anything. The Senior Manager, Change Management plays a key role in leading transformation within go-to-market teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Head of Transformation & Programs, you will lead a change management team to ensure impacted teams see and prepare for upcoming changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management impact assessments for major GTM initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated change plans.
- Hire and manage a team of change managers.
- Deploy a scalable change framework for approach standardization.
- Manage stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Collaborate with executive sponsors and functional leaders for alignment.
- Define success metrics and track change adoption.
- Contribute to a culture of change agility through coaching and training.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of change management experience in complex environments.
- 3+ years of people management experience with stakeholder engagement focus.
- Expertise in change management frameworks, e.g. Prosci/ADKAR.
- Experience with go-to-market teams or supporting roles.
- Ability to translate complex initiatives into practical plans.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
