Position Overview

At Autodesk, we empower innovators to make anything. The Senior Manager, Change Management plays a key role in leading transformation within go-to-market teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Head of Transformation & Programs, you will lead a change management team to ensure impacted teams see and prepare for upcoming changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management impact assessments for major GTM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated change plans.
  • Hire and manage a team of change managers.
  • Deploy a scalable change framework for approach standardization.
  • Manage stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors and functional leaders for alignment.
  • Define success metrics and track change adoption.
  • Contribute to a culture of change agility through coaching and training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of change management experience in complex environments.
  • 3+ years of people management experience with stakeholder engagement focus.
  • Expertise in change management frameworks, e.g. Prosci/ADKAR.
  • Experience with go-to-market teams or supporting roles.
  • Ability to translate complex initiatives into practical plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
