Overview

The Senior Experience Designer at Autodesk works on AI-powered Customer Success solutions. Reporting to the AI & Content Solutions Experience Design Manager, you will join a talented team of experience and conversational designers. Your role is to design and influence AI-powered experiences, such as the Autodesk Assistant, ensuring an integrated end-to-end customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Design workflows, interactions, and interfaces at various fidelities.
  • Utilize customer insights from analytics and direct interactions.
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co-creation workshops.
  • Lead development of personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, UX research, ML, and customer support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in UX design.
  • Experience designing for AI powered systems.
  • Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and creating detailed design artifacts.
  • Up-to-date expertise in human-centered design best practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in interaction design or related field.
  • Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile software design processes.
  • Experience with Autodesk or competitive products.
  • Conversational design experience.
