Position Overview
Autodesk is transforming the AEC industry with innovative AI, outcome-based design, granular data, and hyper-collaboration. The role supports flagship products such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and Forma software-as-a-service. Reporting to the Chief Architect for AEC Solutions, you will manage operations for the Architecture, Trust and Advanced Technology team, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Chief Architect to plan and execute the agenda.
- Manage critical programs like the AEC Software Architecture Council and Forma Concepts design program.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including TPMs for Trust and Generative AI teams.
- Simplify technical complexity and drive decisions across product, engineering, design, and research.
- Plan and run company offsites, conferences, and workshops.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Data-driven decision-making with an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Experience in managing teams and exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency with Confluence, Word, SharePoint, Miro, Airtable, and GitHub.
Preferred Qualifications
- Low tolerance for inefficiency and passion for automation.
- Adaptable, customer-focused approach to solving hard problems.
- Ability to create simple, scalable solutions adaptable by other teams.
