Position Overview

The Principal Experience Researcher and Journey Manager role at Autodesk is part of the Growth Experience and Technology (GET) organization. Reporting to the Manager of Journey Management and Discovery Research, this role ensures a seamless end-to-end customer experience by collaborating across marketing, sales, customer success, legal, engineering, product management, analytics, and user research.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain end-to-end customer journeys using research insights and key metrics.
  • Plan and execute discovery research from strategic direction to post-release validation.
  • Integrate and synthesize complex data to map, measure, and improve outcomes.
  • Employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Communicate findings clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage AI-assisted research and journey management tools.
  • Partner with CX, design, and analytics teams to refine experience metrics.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

Candidates must have led the creation of validated customer journeys, maintained updated insights, and facilitated decision-making for experience improvements. Experience in partnering with product and design teams and implementing research-based recommendations are essential.
