About the role

License Compliance Sales Representative Greece

Autodesk is seeking a motivated and experienced sales representative to drive new business growth through our License Compliance department. This role involves profiling and identifying non-compliant companies, presenting solutions to C-level executives using various data sets. You will guide customers in understanding and resolving issues related to cracked licenses, subscription overuse, and other non-compliant software usage. As a self-driven individual, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and profiling to closing negotiations. You will build and maintain strong internal and external relationships through strategic planning, knowledge sharing, and licensing guidance, consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals for your territory. Responsibilities

  • Lead License Compliance engagements through telemetry reporting, audits, and consultancy.
  • Educate companies on non-compliant software behaviors using data sets.
  • Engage C-Level executives to address business needs and risks related to non-compliance, presenting difficult messages and timelines.
  • Work with existing install base and non-customers to bring them into compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth transition to compliance.
  • Develop and execute yearly and quarterly plans to exceed sales quotas.
  • Achieve and overachieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs to drive net new revenue.
  • Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Share best practices and drive License Compliance strategies across the territory.
  • Ensure a cross-functional approach, working closely with Legal, Channel, and other sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience and comfort communicating and negotiating with executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult and emotional conversations.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience.
  • Willingness to integrate into teams and contribute to individual and team goals.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Native Greek language and Business English proficiency are mandatory. French is a plus.
