Position Overview
The Internal Content Partnerships Manager supports internal content development initiatives by coordinating with internal teams—such as product, education, and community—to align content creation efforts with strategic learning goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support the development of targeted learning content and develop shared roadmaps.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops across teams.
- Maintain content calendars and documentation to ensure alignment and visibility.
- Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities in content coverage for key audiences.
- Support the implementation of process improvements for internal collaboration.
- Facilitate processes that align customer learning priorities with internal stakeholder priorities, leveraging the learning models and content development practices from customer learning.
- Build alignment and pipeline processes with the Content Production team to ensure content initiatives are executed on time and meet quality standards.
- Track performance metrics and share insights with the Senior Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content coordination, program management, or internal communications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience in learning and development or education technology is preferred.
