Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager, SMB at Autodesk will be the strategic partner for the Construction Territory team in the AMER region, driving key growth initiatives to build pipeline and increase Annual Contract Value (ACV). This role requires expertise in managing 1-to-many programs and channels such as webinars, programmatic display, emails, and various Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies while working closely with sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the SMB vertical.
- Collaborate with sales to align strategies, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Plan and implement omni-channel campaigns including email, paid channels, and webinars.
- Manage lead lifecycle from generation to sales handoff with reporting.
- Run experiments on new channels to optimize campaign performance.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing with proven pipeline and revenue growth; experience in ABM programs; deep knowledge of webinars, programmatic display, and email campaigns; and excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
