Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager GTM Strategy role at Autodesk is for an experienced and passionate marketing professional. You will join the Emerging Business team within Portfolio Marketing. You will focus on go-to-market (GTM) planning in close collaboration with sales, product, and data analytics teams. Reporting to the Head of Global Growth, your role focuses on forecasting, reporting (OKRs, KPI) and aligning insights with business development and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GTM and growth strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Perform detailed forecasting to measure global OKRs, POR, and KPIs.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and plans with strategic recommendations.
- Produce comprehensive reports and analyses to drive marketing effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships between growth marketing and sales teams.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies through A/B testing.
- Generate actionable insights from advanced analytics.
- Present clear reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing analytics best practices.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Science is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of growth marketing experience with a strong focus on GTM planning, analytics, and data forecasting is necessary. Candidates must be proficient in SQL, have experience with large datasets, and be skilled in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and BI tools, as well as marketing platforms like HubSpot and Marketo. Excellent communication and demonstrated experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization are essential.
