About the Event Coordinator Role

Join Autodesk Tandem in a startup-like environment contributing to an innovative Digital Twin product. As the Event Coordinator, you will create impactful experiences that generate marketing qualified leads, managing events from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage events end-to-end including tradeshows, conferences, summits, and customer events.
  • Support digital events as needed.
  • Evaluate and prioritize event opportunities with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate venues, exhibition spaces, vendors, sponsorships, budgets, timelines, and on-site operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams.
  • Develop event collateral and maintain event web pages following brand standards.
  • Conduct post-event analyses and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives tied to events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in B2B events management and project management.
  • Strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to process and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other technology tools.
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Location & Reporting

This role is remote with work based in Montreal. You will report to the Head of Marketing, Tandem.
