Position Overview

The Director of Finance Transformation Financial Planning at Autodesk will lead the modernization of forecasting and planning processes and technology. This role drives transformation across Autodesk Finance through cross-functional collaboration, overseeing a team responsible for enhancements related to EPM tools and leveraging AI-driven models for financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of finance subject matter experts and analysts.
  • Coach and guide the team to strengthen financial acumen and EPM tool capabilities.
  • Apply software development best practices to financial modeling.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance data management.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics for application effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to implement best-in-class forecasting initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary representative for planning and forecasting across Autodesk.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in finance or planning systems roles. Must be a strong leader with experience in mentoring, financial planning, forecasting, and Agile or Lean methodologies. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading planning and forecasting teams, technical knowledge of enterprise systems, and familiarity with Lean product development and digital transformation.
