Position Overview: AI Automation Lead, Trust

The AI Automation Lead for Trust at Autodesk will be a pivotal leader in designing and deploying automation and AI-driven processes. This role aims to assist, augment, and automate Trust teams and workflows, while also evangelizing process excellence, automation tools, and AI-enhanced process adoption across the Trust organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Trust GRC, this individual should be passionate about helping teams achieve successful outcomes. The role demands someone capable of both building and maintaining systems, and who is inspired by coaching and teaching others to build their own solutions. This strategic thinker will work cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet the highest standards of security and user trust. This position offers flexibility, allowing for on-site, hybrid, or remote work arrangements anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Subject Matter Expertise: Design, develop, and implement high-quality automation and AI solutions.
• Strategy and Roadmap Development: Help develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and rhythms supporting Trust automation needs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and Trust priorities.
• Lead Change: Drive adoption of Automation and AI use cases through pilots, proofs-of-concept, and scalable implementations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with the Trust Leadership team, Trust Engineering, and Trust program managers to prioritize initiatives across the Trust organization.
• Delivery: Collaborate with Trust, Product, and Engineering leadership to establish clear delivery plans based on strategies, creating alignment on cross-team initiatives through outcome-driven planning, dependency management, and impediment removal.
• Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for program improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and deployment best practices are met across all workstreams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering high-quality automation solutions using a variety of technologies.
• 5+ years of practical experience working with automation tooling with a focus on process excellence.
• Direct experience with coding as part of solution delivery, with familiarity across various languages.
• Experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope.
• Demonstrated experience communicating and reporting program health, driving initiatives, and facilitating on-time results.
• Experience managing diverse company stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders and program managers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile large-scale development environment.
• Knowledge of cloud security, data privacy, and threat detection/prevention.
