Customer Experience Manager

Your area of focus
In this role, you will optimize department operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
What Drives Your Day To Day
- Ensure the profitability of the service department.
- Supervise Appointment Coordinators.
- Assist and support Service Advisors.
- Create and maintain harmonious relationships with customers to build loyalty.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the department as needed.
The must haves
- Experience in automotive service, preferably in a luxury dealership environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, as the role involves interacting with both French and English-speaking clientele.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of the CDK system is an asset.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
