Your New Role as Junior AI Automation Engineer

In this hands-on learning role, you will help maintain and improve automation applications, platforms and contribute to new projects integrating next-generation AI technologies into our automation ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, meets technical challenges head on, and is eager to build a career at the intersection of automation and AI.

  • Support delivery of new automations and enhancements
  • Maintain existing automations on platforms like Appian, UiPath, and Power Automate
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and document automation jobs
  • Participate in proof-of-concept work with AI-powered automation
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI solutions

About You

You are a curious, detail-oriented problem solver with up to 2 years experience or study in AI/ML and software development. You possess strong analytical and documentation skills, a willingness to learn new automation platforms, and a collaborative attitude.
