Manage a small, dedicated team delivering high quality, accessible student-focused services and resources. ACU offers 17% employer superannuation, salary packaging and generous leave provisions. About The Role

Working collaboratively with academic and professional staff, this position will maintain effective stakeholder relationships to ensure the advocacy service is informed of changes to policies and delivers consistent, high-quality advice and student supports. The Coordinator will also lead the promotion of the Student Advocacy Service to enhance awareness, engagement and appropriate referrals across the University, support continuous improvement through monitoring demand and identifying emerging student issues, and contribute to the review of resources, processes and reporting that strengthen student wellbeing, fairness and access to support in alignment with ACU priorities.
