As a Staff SOC NOC Manager - Aurora Technical Operations Center, you will lead a 24/7 technical operations team responsible for cybersecurity, production security, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SOC analysts, engineers, and specialists.
  • Manage 24x7 team schedules, on-call rotations, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee security monitoring, incident detection, and response efforts.
  • Develop and enforce playbooks, SOPs, runbooks, and automation scripts.
  • Ensure effective use of security tools (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, etc.) and network monitoring tools.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and support Security Software Engineering teams.
  • Participate in audits and continuously improve SOC processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Proven experience in building and managing 24x7 security operations teams.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity incident response and alert triage.
  • Proficiency in SIEM, EDR, log analysis, and automation scripting.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in network operations monitoring and cloud security.
  • Familiarity with Python, big data tools, and DevOps principles.
  • Understanding of systems architecture and performance monitoring.

Compensation & Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $198,000.00-$317,000.00 per year. In addition to base pay, the successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
