About the role
Nurse Practitioner: Women's Hormone and Metabolic Medicine - Part-Time | Remote
Join the Future of Women's Midlife Medicine
Most healthcare practitioners entered medicine because they wanted to help people, then they discovered fifteen-minute appointments, insurance-driven medicine, protocol-based care, and the uncomfortable reality that many women spend years being told their symptoms are "normal." Aurelia was built as a response to that reality. We're creating a different model of care, one rooted in curiosity, clinical excellence, deep relationships, and the belief that women deserve more than symptom management. We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner who wants to help build that future with us.
Who This Role Is For
This is not a role for someone looking for an easy, predictable clinical position. This is a role for a practitioner who genuinely loves medicine. The kind of clinician who:
- Listens to hormone, longevity, metabolism, thyroid, nutrition, or functional medicine podcasts for fun.
- Finds themselves talking shop at dinner parties.
- Goes down research rabbit holes after patient visits because they want to understand the "why."
- Loves solving complex clinical puzzles.
- Constantly seeks deeper understanding rather than surface-level answers.
- Is energized by learning, mentorship, and collaboration.
You do not need decades of experience in hormone replacement therapy or functional medicine. You do need a relentless desire to learn. We can teach protocols. We cannot teach intellectual curiosity.
The Aurelia Difference
At Aurelia, there are no cookie-cutter protocols. We practice advanced, individualized medicine focused on:
- Physiologic hormone replacement therapy
- Perimenopause and menopause care
- Metabolic repair
- Weight management
- Thyroid optimization
- Longevity medicine
- Root-cause investigation
- Stress physiology
- Teaching women to resource themselves so they can thrive in the midst of their busy lives
We believe the best medicine happens when providers have the time, support, and clinical freedom to think deeply. We are a membership-based model for women 35-59. We offer long appointments, and clinical collaboration with our registered dietitians, registered nurses and somatic coaching team.
Why Our Providers Matter
Our Nurse Practitioners are among the most important contributors to Aurelia's growth. Patients stay because of their provider. Patients refer friends because of their provider. Patients trust Aurelia because of their provider. The practitioners who thrive here are the ones whose patients say: "I want to see her again." Clinical excellence and relationship-building are equally important. We're looking for someone who can deliver both.
What Makes Aurelia Special
You'll never practice in isolation. We are an intensely collaborative team that believes great medicine is built together. Our providers regularly discuss cases, challenge one another's thinking, share research, celebrate wins, and learn from one another. You'll work alongside Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dietitians, Registered Nurses, and leadership who are deeply committed to advancing the standard of care for women. Aurelia was built to prove that you don’t have to burn out in order to provide great care.
