Job Description

The IAM Sales Manager will develop new distributors and business channels, collect market competitors’ information for the team, manage customer orders and push collection payments, and train customers to promote products effectively.

The role also involves handling customer claims, coordinating internally to provide solutions, gathering new product information and business opportunities for review, and managing customers in the assigned region to avoid mass competition while creating a clear customer development plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in Auto Engineering or business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in auto IAM sales
  • Proven track record of sales performance
  • Ability to handle multiple product lines, creative thinking, and exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with a foreign company is a plus
  • Good English language skills
