Job Overview

Audubon Companies is seeking an Inspection Data Analyst responsible for managing and analyzing inspection data with a focus on API inspections. The role includes maintaining asset inspection records, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting asset integrity efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and process inspection data from API and other inspections.
  • Utilize GE APM Software and other IDMS for data management.
  • Review and ensure data integrity and compliance with API standards.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Create detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Track inspection schedules to support asset integrity programs.
  • Identify opportunities for data quality and process improvements.

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant API inspection certifications (API 570, API 653, API 580, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in inspection data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of API inspection processes and standards.
  • Proven experience with GE APM Software and/or other IDMS.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to travel 40%.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
