Overview
The Automation & Controls Engineering Manager at Audubon Companies will lead a team performing controls and automation engineering tasks for programming, HMI, SCADA, and related control system equipment specification.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage team development, productivity, and guidance.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Lead technical projects and client proposals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and engineering calculations.

Experience and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Electrical preferred.
- 15+ years in Industrial Automation or Control Systems.
- Prior supervisory/managerial experience in an engineering environment.
- Knowledge of control systems, HMI, SCADA, PLC/DCS programming, and safety codes.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
