Overview

The Automation & Controls Engineering Manager at Audubon Companies will lead a team performing controls and automation engineering tasks for programming, HMI, SCADA, and related control system equipment specification.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage team development, productivity, and guidance.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Lead technical projects and client proposals.

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • 15+ years in Industrial Automation or Control Systems.
  • Prior supervisory/managerial experience in an engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of control systems, HMI, SCADA, PLC/DCS programming, and safety codes.
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
