Role Highlights

  • Play a key role in supporting our Field Sales team and strengthening relationships with travel agency partners.
  • Act as an extension of our remote Field Sales function—providing day‑to‑day operational support, delivering training, and driving partner engagement.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for travel advisors, offering guidance on our products, policies, and sales tools.
  • Keep Field Sales operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, supporting reporting needs, and working within agreed budgets.
  • Represent Audley at virtual and in‑person trade events, webinars, and trainings.

It Would be Great If

  • You have a minimum of two years’ experience in the travel industry, ideally in sales or account management.
  • You are well‑travelled and knowledgeable about key international destinations.
  • You enjoy building meaningful relationships and delivering excellent partner service.
  • You are proactive, organized, and confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You communicate clearly—whether presenting a webinar, supporting a partner, or collaborating with the wider team.
  • You bring energy, curiosity, and a passion for travel to every interaction.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, supportive team and love being part of a growing trade environment.

What's In It For You

  • 📍 In-person days will be hosted in our beautiful Boston, MA office located in the North End! We ask that employees are office-based for a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • 💰 Salary between $65,000-$75,000 (dependent on experience)
