Why This Role is Exciting
This high-impact individual contributor role supports scaling and operationalizing our Professional Services go-to-market strategy. You will own packaging, pricing, and margin improvement of services while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Partner Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Services Planning & Enablement: Build service SKUs, pricing models, and packaging strategies; develop discount guardrails; partner on forecasting models.
- Sales Partnership & Deal Support: Support complex deals, participate in strategic reviews, and create sales playbooks and tools.
- Partner Strategy Execution: Collaborate on partner delivery models, track attach rates, and improve quality of partner outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor attach rates, margins, utilization, and NNARR sourcing; propose process improvements and develop performance analytics.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
Candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Services Strategy, Sales Operations, or GTM roles within SaaS or consulting. Experience in creating service SKUs, pricing models, and strong service economics are crucial. Must be analytical, an influential communicator, and comfortable with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to Have
- Consulting commercialization experience from Big 4 or similar
- Background in SaaS implementation services or PS operations
- Familiarity with partner delivery models and partner-paper frameworks
- Knowledge of GRC, audit, or compliance
- Proficiency with Salesforce, PSA platforms, or financial forecasting tools
