What You’ll Do as a Coach

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Set clear goals and track key performance indicators.
  • Conduct coaching sessions and performance management.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align strategies.

What You’ll Do as a Player

  • Manage and nurture executive-level relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Build and execute customer success plans connecting objectives with AuditBoard outcomes.
  • Partner with audit and risk leaders to drive optimization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor bridging technical and business contexts.

Attributes for Success

  • 5–8+ years in Customer Success or related roles in B2B SaaS.
  • 2–4+ years managing customer-facing teams.
  • Hands-on experience in Audit, Risk, Compliance or GRC.
  • Proven enterprise customer retention, renewal, and expansion skills.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in internal or external audit, risk assurance, or IT compliance.
  • Background in GRC software platforms and management consulting.
