What You’ll Do as a Coach
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Set clear goals and track key performance indicators.
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance management.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align strategies.
What You’ll Do as a Player
- Manage and nurture executive-level relationships with enterprise customers.
- Build and execute customer success plans connecting objectives with AuditBoard outcomes.
- Partner with audit and risk leaders to drive optimization.
- Act as a trusted advisor bridging technical and business contexts.
Attributes for Success
- 5–8+ years in Customer Success or related roles in B2B SaaS.
- 2–4+ years managing customer-facing teams.
- Hands-on experience in Audit, Risk, Compliance or GRC.
- Proven enterprise customer retention, renewal, and expansion skills.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- Familiarity with Customer Success and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada.
Nice to Have
- Experience in internal or external audit, risk assurance, or IT compliance.
- Background in GRC software platforms and management consulting.
