Job Summary
We are building a high-performance, cloud-native SaaS platform that connects AI systems with real-time SIP (telephony) infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on production-scale microservices, not experimentation. We are looking for engineers who have deep, real-world experience running Node.js services in Kubernetes environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (NestJS).
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot services in Kubernetes (AKS).
- Design APIs and distributed systems for high performance and reliability.
- Work closely with DevOps on CI/CD, infrastructure, and system operations.
- Debug and optimize system performance across services and environments.
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong backend development experience in Node.js (NestJS preferred) (Not just familiarity - must have built and maintained production services).
- Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred) (Deploying, debugging, scaling services - not just academic or limited exposure).
- Experience building and operating microservices in production environments.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly collaborate across teams.
Candidates without hands-on production experience in both Node.js and Kubernetes will not be considered.
