Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for expanding prospecting opportunities within the hearing care industry, attracting new prospects who would benefit from associating with Audigy. You will capture new business opportunities, identify likely prospects, conduct cold calls to position Audigy as a business solution, and schedule calls/presentations. You will position our strategic business plan and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve it. This role requires strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities that directly impact prospecting activities within your territory. You are accountable for achieving results, motivating yourself to overcome adversity, and achieving long-term strategic goals.
This is a fully remote position covering the Eastern Territory. Candidates must reside in one of the following states or jurisdictions: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, D.C., or West Virginia.
Performance Objectives
- Achieve new member net hearing instrument purchasing relationship sales quota monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Develop relationships with all prospective decision-makers and stakeholders to gain buy-in.
- Prepare an annual territory business plan, reviewed and updated quarterly.
- Work effectively with inside sales in prospecting, developing, and recruiting new members.
- Develop effective communication and presentation skills to sell Audigy’s Practice Development service-delivery model.
- Develop tailored presentation proposals addressing prospect needs, demonstrating ROI, and achieving desired outcomes.
- Develop an ongoing working knowledge of Audigy Medical’s service-delivery model, software platforms, and shared services.
- Develop private-practice audiology clinical and management knowledge.
- Tailor presentations to owners/providers, office managers, and front-/back-office teams.
- Attend industry events and work Audigy’s booth.
- Present at industry events.
- Maintain the accuracy of the Audigy prospect database.
- Complete sales and corporate reporting requirements in a timely fashion.

Working Environment
This role operates in a remote work environment with required travel up to 40–60% via automobile, plane, or other transportation. This is a full-time position typically working Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with occasional schedule adjustments for meetings, training, or events. The salaried role may require flexibility outside standard business hours to support team and business priorities.
Physical Demands
This position involves prolonged sitting and computer use, potentially causing muscle strain. Occasional lifting of supplies and materials may be required. Regular overnight travel is expected, sometimes for multiple consecutive nights.
