About This Role
As a Working Student - Customer Care on the Customer Care Operations team, you’ll be working closely together with our Frontline Operations Team, Back Office Team and our Vendor Partners around the world. You will be part of a highly motivated team in which having fun is just as important as helping our Partners in their daily tasks.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer support letters and general inquiries
- Organize customer paperwork and correspondence
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
- Assist in implementing and improving customer care processes
- Support the tasks of our Vendor Managers, including data analysis and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master program, in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 1 year of studies left - expected graduation no earlier than 2028
- Business fluency in English and German, written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Exposure to Customer Support, Client Service Representative, Back Office Coordination
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Compensation of €15.64 per hour
