About This Role
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is seeking an enthusiastic Working Student Catalog Operations. You will work with our Catalog Operations Coordination Team, gaining hands-on experience with content ingestion and catalog management for audiobooks and audio dramas.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and ingest audiobook content into our Content Management System.
- Perform quality control on audio files, metadata, cover art, and table of contents.
- Manage tech-driven catalog maintenance and title tracking systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve asset issues.
- Support communication and process improvements within the global team.
Our Offer
- Student position for 20 hours per week
- Compensation of €15.64 per hour
- 12-month contract

Basic Qualifications
- Enrollment in a German state-accredited Bachelor or Master program in the Berlin/Brandenburg area with at least 1 year remaining (graduation after March 2027)
- Business fluency in English and at least one language among French, Italian, German, or Spanish (minimum B2)
- Experience with Windows operating environment, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or affinity with metadata and asset management
- Interest in AI tools and technology (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- High commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with project management tools (Airtable), CMS, and digital media content
