Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise and Cyber Security

Overview

As our Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise and Cyber Security, you will join a high-performing Digital Delivery team at Auckland Airport. This strategic role supports the development and implementation of digital solutions, aligning cybersecurity and enterprise initiatives with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, documentation, and prioritisation of business requirements for digital projects.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify transformation opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between Auckland Airport and supplier teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Support change management and test planning, execution, and policy enhancements.
• Contribute to the strategic digital roadmap and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in business analysis with digital transformation focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms and trends.
• Experience with business process modelling and workflow analysis.
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 and Privacy Act.
• Experience working with ITIL service methodologies and RFx processes.
