Cloud Operations Lead Azure AWS - Barcelona
Aubay Spain is seeking a Cloud Operations Lead to join an international project in the insurance sector. This role involves leading the operation and evolution of complex cloud environments in a dynamic and technological setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cloud operations, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
- Manage and coordinate a technical team (Cloud/DevOps).
- Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or similar tools.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Oversee deployments and automate end-to-end processes.
- Ensure best practices in security, governance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / Infrastructure.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Solid knowledge in cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
- Real-world experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and make decisions.
- Good level of English (international environment).
