Job Description
Administrative Assistant with Advanced Excel Skills
En Grupo Aubay buscamos un perfil administrativo/a con experiencia avanzada en el uso de Excel para incorporarse en uno de nuestros principales clientes del sector financiero.
Functions:
- Manage, along with the rest of the team, a ticket tool where user requests are received.
- Update the requested information on the client's area web page.
- Manage an Excel file, modify, and upload information to Google Sheets.
- Perform data uploads using templates in a client application.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formula knowledge (intermediate level), pivot tables, and charts with Excel data.
- Methodical and organized person.
What We Offer:
- Stable contract.
- Remote modality (availability to go to the Madrid offices sporadically).
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
- Intensive schedule in July and August.
- Training.
