Job Description

Administrative Assistant with Advanced Excel Skills

En Grupo Aubay buscamos un perfil administrativo/a con experiencia avanzada en el uso de Excel para incorporarse en uno de nuestros principales clientes del sector financiero.

Functions:

  • Manage, along with the rest of the team, a ticket tool where user requests are received.
  • Update the requested information on the client's area web page.
  • Manage an Excel file, modify, and upload information to Google Sheets.
  • Perform data uploads using templates in a client application.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formula knowledge (intermediate level), pivot tables, and charts with Excel data.
  • Methodical and organized person.

What We Offer:

  • Stable contract.
  • Remote modality (availability to go to the Madrid offices sporadically).
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
  • Intensive schedule in July and August.
  • Training.
  • Flexible compensation.
