Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of the Creative Team, the Creation Specialist contributes to the design and ensures the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and creative projects assigned to them. They are responsible for the complete execution of their initiatives, from conceptualization to final delivery, according to established priorities, while being accountable for quality, brand image consistency, and meeting deadlines. They actively participate in the creation and production of high-performance visual content for various channels, contributing to the promotion of the company's products and brands.

Main Responsibilities

Contribution to Campaign Design
  • Contribute to the development of campaigns assigned to them (concepts, visual direction, variations);
  • Participate in the creation of creative briefs aligned with business objectives;
  • Translate creative directions into concrete deliverables adapted to different channels;
Creative Project and Photoshoot Management
  • Manage the different stages of creative projects, including photo shoots (studio and on-location), according to established priorities;
  • Ensure preparation for photo shoots: product selection, visual concepts, logistics, and stakeholder coordination;
  • Be present during photo shoots to ensure quality of execution and adherence to creative directions;
  • Select visuals and oversee retouching until final approval;
Content Production and Internal Collaboration
  • Contribute to the production of visual content for various channels (website, social media, newsletters, in-store displays);
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure consistency of deliverables;
  • Participate in planning, follow-up, and campaign launch meetings;
  • Provide ad-hoc support to internal teams as needed;
Project Monitoring and Execution
  • Monitor projects and deliverables according to established deadlines;
  • Adapt project execution based on adjustments communicated by relevant teams;
  • Maintain fluid communication with stakeholders to ensure project quality;
  • Manage and optimize the budget allocated to their projects, ensuring cost adherence, deadline achievement, and maximization of internal resources;
Optimization and Continuous Improvement
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance the quality of creative projects and share them with relevant teams;
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and work methods;
  • Participate in the creation and updating of reference tools (briefs, campaign documents, catalogs);
Brand Image and Visual Consistency
  • In collaboration with the Director of the Creative Team, contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the brand image;
  • Participate in the development, updating, and dissemination of graphic and creative standards guides;
  • Ensure the application and consistency of visual and artistic standards across all channels and campaigns;
  • Act as an internal reference for visual consistency and promote good creative practices among teams;
  • Exercise critical judgment on concepts and visuals to ensure a high level of quality aligned with brand positioning;
Any other related tasks; provide assistance and support to various teams to achieve common company goals.

Requirements

  • College or university diploma in marketing, communication, design, visual production, or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in creative production, marketing, or creative project and campaign management;
  • Experience in organizing photo shoots (a significant asset);
  • Good understanding of retail and/or e-commerce realities;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • Good knowledge of visual production processes (photo, web, content);
  • Excellent command of French, both oral and written;
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written, required to ensure review and linguistic quality of advertising content for English-speaking markets.
