About The Role of Senior Product Manager
The Product team at Attio is instrumental in shaping the company's direction. We bridge vision with execution, combining insights, intuition, and data to create seamless and impactful experiences. We operate with agility, making informed decisions even with imperfect information, and embody a strong sense of ownership. We meticulously consider user collaboration, design scalable systems, and proactively remove obstacles, ensuring value delivery in close partnership with Design, Engineering, GTM, and our users.
We are actively seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager who possesses relentless curiosity, a systems-thinking mindset, thrives amidst technical complexity, and is eager to contribute to reimagining how millions work.
What you’ll do
- Own the core data platform that powers Attio, including custom objects, permissions, and reporting capabilities.
- Define and evolve Attio’s foundational data model, collaborating closely with engineering to design systems that are user-friendly yet flexible and durable.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical and user-facing implications of permission models, ingestion pipelines, and platform performance, making balanced decisions that prioritize speed, security, and usability.
- Partner with engineering to expand our AI-native platform capabilities, critically evaluating where AI can significantly enhance core workflows.
- Champion a culture of technical excellence and thoughtful simplicity, ensuring that product foundations can scale with our growing customer base.
- Anticipate long-term architectural requirements, guiding the strategic roadmap for the next generation of Attio’s platform.
- Shape the key metrics and signals utilized to inform platform development decisions.
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience that delights users and strengthens the Attio brand.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience owning platform, data model, or core infrastructure components within a B2B SaaS product.
- Demonstrated history of shipping foundational systems such as permissions models, identity platforms, or ingestion pipelines.
- A profound curiosity for how systems interconnect; you enjoy delving into data models, resolving edge cases, and refining critical system foundations.
- Strong technical depth and systems thinking, comfortable reasoning about schemas, API design, and architectural trade-offs.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguity, capable of transforming incomplete information into structured decisions and clear action plans.
- Excellent product instincts, translating complex technical systems and customer challenges into simple concepts and elegant user experiences.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating a clear product vision.
- Fluency in technical storytelling, adept at framing technical changes to empower GTM teams with stronger positioning and customer understanding.
- A founder mentality, taking full responsibility for outcomes and proactively advancing both strategic and tactical decisions.
