About Attio's Platform Engineer Role

About The Role
The Platform Engineer role is a dual-faceted position combining high-level engineering strategy with hands-on operational excellence. You will build, operate, and continuously enhance our internal technology platform treating it as a product for all development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Infrastructure: Build and maintain infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and Pulumi.
- Incident Response: Act as first-line responder, triage and resolve critical production issues.
- Tooling & Automation: Develop CI/CD pipelines and robust automation scripts to reduce manual toil.
- Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing systems for enhanced performance.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and SRE principles.
- Expertise in cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Typescript, Go, Python, or Rust.
- Experience in managing operational tooling and observability systems.
