The Job

As a Client Support Specialist, you will respond to thousands of inquiries every week via text, email, and phone. You will provide clarity and guidance to clients in various stages of their legal and compensation processes, using platforms like Kustomer and Salesforce. Your role involves understanding each inquiry, providing empathetic communication, and ensuring clear guidance on next steps. Training will be provided even if you lack legal experience.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of professional work experience in customer support.
  • Strong written communication and quick learner.
  • Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven roles is a plus.
  • Ability to explain complex information in plain language.
  • Diverse background is welcomed.

Salary and Benefits

This fully remote role offers a competitive base salary between $60,000 and $75,000, with potential bonuses that can bring total compensation above $90,000.
