About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager Reporting, you will own and evolve Attentive’s Reporting suite. You will ensure the reporting platform is accurate, consistent, and fast, working closely with clients, Sales, Design, Data, and Engineering. Your focus is on aligning reporting metrics, resolving inconsistencies, and delivering a unified, trustworthy customer experience.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Own definition and long-term health of core reporting metrics.
• Resolve inconsistencies and prevent future data fragmentation.
• Partner with Data and Engineering to set metric standards and governance.
• Lead product discovery to understand pain points in reporting.
• Develop a product strategy that reduces manual burden and improves customer satisfaction.

Your Expertise

Requirements include 4+ years in Product Management within SaaS or data-driven companies, a proven track record with data-rich products, excellent cross-functional communication, and a customer-obsessed mindset. Experience with marketing platforms or SaaS reporting tools is a bonus.

Additional Information

This role offers competitive perks including health & wellness benefits, equity, and more. For US applicants, the base salary is between $175,000 and $219,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
