About the Role
As a Principal Sales Engineer Expansion, you will serve as the technical backbone of our sales process. You will guide prospects through solution evaluations, deliver customized demos addressing customer-specific use cases, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the client experience. Your expertise in technology and customer engagement will help shape our email and AI offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance during solution evaluations.
- Deliver customized product demos for targeted use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding.
- Address technical inquiries including security and compliance.
- Lead product enablement initiatives internally.
Your Expertise
Required experience includes 5+ years in a technical sales role with 3+ years as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect. You should be proficient in APIs, SFTP and comfortable with JavaScript or Python. Experience with tools like Looker, Salesforce, Jira, and RFP software is essential.
