About The Role
Attentive is looking for a People Business Partner to support the Revenue function. In this role, you will be a strategic advisor and coach to managers and employees, driving high performance and growth through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for managers.
- Provide coaching and consultative support to leaders and employees.
- Assist managers with performance management and HR policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during people cycles.
- Drive a high-performance culture and implement solutions for improvement.
Your Expertise
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years as an HRBP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coach with curiosity, active listening, and discretion.
- Experience working in high-growth or tech environments.
- Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, etc.).
