About The Role
The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) leads Attentive’s most complex enterprise customer implementations project that often involve multiple business units, global rollouts, data integrations, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, and Services. This role blends project management discipline, technical fluency, and executive stakeholder management. You will own the structure and cadence of the implementation: defining milestones, managing dependencies, surfacing risks early, and ensuring every internal and customer team remains aligned to the delivery plan. Your goal: to deliver on-time, high-quality launches & migrations that set customers up for long-term success on Attentive’s platform.
What You’ll Accomplish
Project Leadership
- Lead enterprise-scale, multi-product implementation projects across SMS, Email, Push, and AI - often spanning multiple geographies and customer brands.
- Create and own detailed project plans, timelines, and governance structures that bring order and predictability to complex customer launches.
- Drive accountability across Attentive and customer stakeholders, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- Manage cross-functional execution across Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Anticipate risks, escalate effectively, and develop mitigation plans that keep projects moving forward without compromising quality.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the single point of project accountability for enterprise customer implementations - representing Attentive’s delivery commitments to senior customer stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with customer project managers, technical leads, and executives.
- Lead joint steering committees, status updates, and executive reviews to maintain transparency and confidence throughout the implementation.
- Align internal leaders across Revenue, Product, and Services to ensure decisions are made quickly and in the best interest of customer success.
Technical & Operational Coordination
- Partner with Solutions Architects to ensure technical requirements, data integrations, and platform configurations are correctly scoped and implemented.
- Coordinate dependencies across internal product surfaces (e.g., data pipelines, APIs, message delivery systems) and external customer or partner platforms.
- Track project metrics - including implementation velocity, defect rates, launch readiness, and customer satisfaction to measure and improve delivery performance.
- Capture learnings from each project and contribute to the evolution of Attentive’s implementation playbooks and methodologies.
Your Expertise
- 6+ years of experience managing large-scale implementation or technical delivery projects for enterprise SaaS or martech customers.
- Proven success leading multi-workstream projects across technical, operational, and business domains.
- Strong technical fluency in areas such as data integrations, APIs, and platform configuration - able to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence - capable of engaging senior customers and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Expertise in building governance models, risk frameworks, and communication cadences for enterprise projects.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Rocketlane, Jira, Smartsheet) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- PMP, PMP, or comparable certification is a plus.

For US Based Applicants
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000 - $134,000 annually + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. This role is salaried non-exempt and eligible for overtime compensation.
